The federal judicial police German (BKA) had sent France a list of “more than a thousand French” exiles tax in the context of the scandal of the “Panama Papers”, learned AFP from the German authority.

In possession of files at the root of this case’s sprawling tax evasion involving nationals of various nationalities, the BKA has sent in September, “a set of data” to the French authorities (police OCLCIFF),” comprising “a list of the names of more than a thousand French,” said Friday one of its spokesperson, confirming information released the previous day by the radio Europe 1.

Given the international scope of the case and to foster cooperation between the authorities of justice of various countries, the BKA organized on September 20, an international conference at which “data packets have been handed over to foreign countries,” he said.
